Muffiinnsss!

50 g margarin
2 1/2 dl vetemjöl
2 tsk bakpulver
2 ägg
1 1/2 dl socker
1/2 dl vatten eller mjölk

Smaksats

1. Rivet skal av 1 citron
2. 2 tsk vaniljsocker
3. 3 msk russin
4. 2 msk kakao + 1 msk vaniljsocker
5. 1 dl bär eller hackad frukt som läggs ovanpå sedan formarna.

1,Sätt ugnen på 225°, Ställ 15-20 muffinsformar på en plåt.
2, Smält margarinet i en kastrull och låt den svalna.
3, Blanda mjöl, bakpulver och smaktillsats i en bunke.
4, Vispa ägg och socker poröst i en annan skål.
5, Rör försiktigt ner mjölblandningen
6, Rör ner det smälta margarinet
7, Rör ner vatten eller mjölk i äggsmeten.
8, Häll upp smeten i formarna, fyll dom till ungefär 2/3.
9, Ställ in plåten mitt i ugnen. Grädda i ca 10 min.
10, Kontrollera med provnål om kakorna är färdiga, Stick provnålen mitt i en muffins, är nålen torr är kakorna färdiga.
11. Lägg muffinsen på ett bakgaller och låt det svalna med bakduk.

Summary of Oliver Twist.

Oliver was born in England, by his poor mother who was found in a ditch next to a workhouse.

Olivers mother died after a short period of giving birth to Oliver, who was raised in the workhouse.

Oliver got sold because he had said a horribel word to the master, who the sold Oliver to the undertaker who he later escaped from, for seven days Oliver walked to England.

When Oliver came to england, he was extremely tired and hungry, a boy named The arthful dodger who led Oliver to an old man named Fagin. Where he got a place to sleep and eat.

The morning after the Arthful dodger took Oliver for a walk in the city of london, where the dodger says to Oliver to look at the old rich man who they later walked up to, the dodger then put his hand in the mans pocket, where he pulled out a handkerchief, after that they started running, and oliver realised that Fagin was the leader of a gang of thieves, the old man later realized what happened and yelled "THIEF, POLICE!", unfortunately Oliver tripped and falled, he later felt a rough hand being put hon his back.

But oliver was freed, by the bookshop owner Mr.Brownlow who had saved Oliver from going to prison for something he didn't do, Where am i? said Oliver when he woke up, you are in Mr.Brownlows house, i am Mrs.Bedwin his housekeeper, i will inform Mr.Brownlow to visit you when you are strong enough.

Oliver grew more healthy and wanted to repay Mr.Brownlow, I must get these books back to the bookshop and pay my bill there said Mr.Brownlow, I can help you with that! said Oliver and took the books and headed to the town, but when Oliver was by the bookshop, he was held tightely in Nancys arms while screaming for help, but noone seemed to care. Oliver later got locked in Fagins house, Oliver was heartbroken because Mr.Brownlow must think he is a thief now.

Oliver was later forced by Bill Sykes to help break into a house, because Oliver was the smallest one so he had to crawl trough the window, Oliver walked up the stairway, horrified to get caught and to wake the people who lived in the house up, but before he even had got to run he noticed two people standing on the top of the stairway and they fired they're pistol and Oliver flew down the stairs.

This was my summary, not very short but i didn't know how to make it work.

Hemkunskap Pizza!

Hej! idag har jag och Daniel gjort en ost och skink pizza, som vi förväntas vara väldigt god ;)

Ingredienser till Degen
1 Dl fingervarmt vatten
1/2 msk olja
2 Krm salt
12g Jäst
2 dl Vetemjöl

1. Sätt ugnen på 225° och smörj en plåt.
2, Häll vatten, olja och salt i en skål.
3, Smula i jästen och rör med träsked.
4, tillsätt mjölet och arbeta degen smidig.
5, Ta upp och knåda degen på bordet.
6, Dela den i två delar som rullas till runda bollar.
7, Platta ut bullarna på bakplåten med mjölad handflata.
8, låt bottnarna jäsa medan du gör i ordning fyllningen.
9, Bred ut fyllningen över bottnarna i den ordning, De är upptagna i receptet.
10, Ställ plåten i mitten av ungen och grädda i 10 minuter.

Den smakade jätte gott! men vi kunde gjort dom bättre, men den smakade gott med kryddor, skinka ost och bacon!
