Bild - Streetart redovisning.

Thoughts.

What I have heard from these stories is that these camps are extremely brutal, the older lady who is interviewed in the podcast tells stories about how the guards repeteadly hit the inmates heads against the walls, now what I think about that is that its extremely horrible that people have experienced this agony of being in a concentration camp, and it sounds extremely disgusting to be placed in one. And I think that it is almost unreal that Hitlers insane idea about this actually made it trough and became a reality. And I can personally say that I don't really think I would last long in one either and I am so sorry for all of the people who got maybe their parents or children taken away to camps, to never be able to see them once again.
And one of my thoughts is that I feel really bad about the poor people who got put in concentration camps, and I hope that all of the people that died rest in peace.

A letter to Eva.

Hello Eva! My name is Benjamin and Im from Sweden, Halland, How are you?
Personally I am fine myself, I have just Watched the film Freedom Writers, and I have to say I am very proud of you, for actually not defending your own people, and thinking that Its better to help the innocent man, instead of falsely blaming him. And also facing the consequences of turning against your own family and "gang". And then standing up for yourself even when It feels like the whole world has turned against you, and being able to get help from Mrs.Gruwell

Freedom writers, 6 questions with answers!

1. Why is trust such an important component of a teacher-student relationship?
I think that trust is so important because the teacher needs to get to know her students, and know what the want to get help with, I think also that the students really needs to trust the teacher, and tell her their problems so she can help.

2. Why is Eva so affected by the ending of Anne Frank’s diary?
She was so affected by it because she thought that the ending would end up with Anne Frank surviving and living on a good life, but what happens in the end is that Anne Frank gets taken away by Hitlers forces, and gets killed.

3. Why does Ms. Gruwell’s students hate and resent her at first?
I think its because the students thought that she was like any other teacher they had, but Mrs.Gruwell shows them support and really believes in them, but she started showing that she believed in them by buying completely new books for them, which they noticed.

4. In what ways does Ms. Gruwell’s classroom become a family for the students? Do you have a “family” outside of your actual family?
Its because she shows that she believes in them, and supports them trough anything and helps them with their problems. Yes i think everyone does, i have a big group of friends which i can talk too and trust, and help you trough your problems and supports you, and i think everyone can have someone that they can trust in their lives.

5. Ms. Gruwell gives her students the opportunity to find success and graduate. Do you think the students continued along the path of success without the help of Mrs. Gruwell by their side? Why or why not?
Yes I think that the students continued having good grades, and continues up to college where they probably will end with a masters degree, I think the students probably would have continued being in a gang and not going to school.

6. Ms. Gruwell is the first teacher to show trust and respect for the “at risk” students at Wilson High. How does Erin Gruwell demonstrate this? Why are some students more resistant to trusting each other?
I think they are resistant to trusting each other because they're only used to talking to people in their "Gangs" and doesn't want to talk to the people outside of it, Erin shows her trust and respect by encouraging the students to talk to each other and share their thoughts.

And there i was, sitting on a park bench in central New York, waiting for my crush who i've been in love with for the past 2 years, but I had never had the courage to actually ask her to go on a date with me.
But here i am today, actually been able to ask her out, but after waiting for 20 minutes, I started to become worried, she hadn't left any message or even called me, saying she would be late.
It was now the sinking feeling in my stomach started to rise, have i've been stood up? or is she on her way right now?

Random writing Nr.2

It was a dark humid and shivering cold night in the bad parts of Russia, I had just finished smoking my cigarette and i was walking down the street trying to see my dealer, but when I knocked on the door too his apartment, none answered, which was very weird since he usually stayed at home with the fear of the cops breaking in any moment.
There was none home, but the door was still unlocked and i took one deep breath, opened the door and went inside, it felt like an horror movie, the place was a mess, papers laying everywhere, tables and chairs flipped, the whole room was turn't upside down, but there was something that caught my eye.
In the middle of the floor, it was a small little jewelry box, and inside of the box, there was a small note that said "Don't worry, meet me at midnight by the bridge, come alone".

Random writing nr.1

It was a warm summer day in California, I had just recently broken up with my fiancé after a big fight of me suspecting her cheating on me. And day after day, the more time i spent away from her the aching in my heart for her company started to increase, I got severely depressed after a few months of not seeing the only person i have ever loved in my life.
But it wasn't until i was taking a stroll on the beach, when I saw her laying there, sunbathing in the hot California sun. I actually waited for her to stop tanning so i could go and talk to her, she looked so happy, while I was crushed.
But when I got the courage to go and talk to her again, the only words that spilled from my mouth was "I daren't stay long, I just had to see you."

Can parents do anything to protect their child?

I think they actually can, because it is the parent that controls what the child is doing and what i should not be doing, but as a kid you lie to your parents allot of what you are actually doing, you can tell your parents that you are going to see some friends and watch some movies, but actually you are going to a party, and i think this is mostly the child's responsibilities to control what he is doing.

Last week we talked about New year resolutions. We are going to end that work with you doing this:

List five things you would like to accomplish in 2014. Explain why you chose these goals to accomplish and what you can do to achieve them.

1. Continue to get better grades and to do so by studying harder.
2. Have more fun with friends and to do more crazy stuff together.
3. Spend more time with my family at home.
4. Use more time to study than playing on my computer.
5. Listen to more music.
